• Medical Conditions: Pre-approval required for heart issues, epilepsy, high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, or bone disorders.
• Alcohol: Strictly prohibited on the day of your jump
• Cancellations: -Full refund with 3+ days’ notice, 50% refund with 2 days’ notice, No refund for cancellations within 48 hours.
• Weather: Operates in most conditions; delays possible during heavy rain.
