Physical Well-being: Embrace the thrill of bungee jumping, but ensure you meet the minimum age requirement of 15 years. For those under 20, a guardian’s consent on the Waiver of Liability is essential. If your guardian won’t be present, secure a pre-arranged waiver. Remember, jumpers must weigh between 40kg and 105kg, without exceptions. While adventure beckons, pregnancy prohibits participation.

Prior Health Conditions: For your safety, disclose any pertinent medical conditions or medications via our contact form. Conditions such as heart ailments, epilepsy, high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, or bone-related disorders necessitate pre-approval. We prioritize your well-being and want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Alcohol Policy: In adherence to safety, liability, and insurance standards, we strictly prohibit alcohol consumption on the day of your jump.

Cancellation Protocol: We understand plans change. Customers who cancel bookings at least 3 days in advance will receive a full refund. If the cancellation occurs 2 days before the scheduled booking, a 50% refund will be issued. Please note that cancellations or reductions in the number of jumpers made less than 2 days prior to the booking date are not eligible for refunds.

Weather Protocol: Prepare for the unexpected. We operate in most weather conditions, even amidst rain. Bungee operations pause only if heavy rains pose risks to river safety.

Attire and Footwear: Dress comfortably in loose-fitting attire suitable for light physical bungy. Given the mountainous terrain, anticipate sudden weather shifts by bringing warm layers and rainwear. Opt for sturdy footwear with laces to navigate the gravel path safely. Sandals or ‘Crocs’ are acceptable, but avoid high-heels or ankle-covering boots.
